Our Roots
Pearly Yazbek M.S., CCC-SLP
Grace Victoria M.S., CCC-SLP
Pearly Yazbek, M.S., CCC-SLP and Grace Victoria, M.S., CCC-SLP are excited to bring an innovative and multidisciplinary model to the world of therapy. As we believe that therapy should focus on treating the person ahead of the diagnosis (i.e., framing the diagnosis as something the person has rather than something they are).
Therapy should be functional, practical, and tailored to the person’s growth to facilitate carry over for our families.
Planted Seeds for Therapy
Take advantage of our free consultation. We will help you determine whether your child needs a speech and/or language intervention.
Are you concerned about your child but are not sure they need speech intervention?
We will identify your child’s speech, language, & pragmatic goals and provide individualized treatment plans targeting their needs in a fun and nurturing environment.
Does your child need a screening?
We will observe your child in their natural environment, either at home or at school, and assess your child’s hearing, articulation, fluency, voice, language, and pragmatics.
How can we help your child?
Do you need a comprehensive Speech-Language Evaluation?
We provide a standardized speech and language evaluation that will identify your child’s strengths and/or weaknesses as well as their skill level and age-based competency.
At the Talking Tree, Co. we address your child’s needs holistically. We collaborate with other disciplines (e.g., applied behavior, equine therapy, creative movement, music, occupational & physical therapy) just to name a few.
What makes us out-of-the-box?
Our one-on-one communication enables us to address your specific questions and concerns in order to implement an intervention plan and facilitate carryover for our families outside of therapy.

Estimating therapy duration is a complex task. A variety of factors will contribute to your child’s progress (i.e., parent involvement, carryover strategies, regular attendance, patient’s motivation, patient’s health/sleep, and many others). Your therapist will recommend the therapy frequency and duration for a three to six-month period. Your therapist will monitor your child’s progress on a weekly basis. Based on the scores from the re-evaluation and clinical observations, your therapist will recommend a new therapy frequency/duration, if needed.

It depends, evaluations have an expiration date of six (6) months.
